Top - Continuous tempering machine
This machine is designed for the medium/large confectioner’s lab and is an excellent combination of versatility and low running costs. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Low voltage heated vibrating plate. This machine can be fitted with the R200 coating belt for coating the products (TUN 800 coating line) and a chocolate Injection Plate for creating the moulds.
