Selmi One - Continuous tempering machine

A fast melting and tempering of the chocolate.
Very compact size. Vibrating plate heated by a low voltage source. The machine is easy to clean. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Close circuit cooling system featuring countercurrent heat exchanger.
