Our courses. Thanks to the vocational school, supervised by world-famous chocolatiers, Selmi promotes and organizes chocolate processing training and specialisation courses, intended both for beginners and professionals.


During these training sessions, the company offers the participants the chance to see its machines at work while tempering and processing chocolate, as well as to test for themselves their functionality, high level of performance and have a proof of the efficiency and reliability both of the machines and the valuable fittings for the production of pralines, chocolate eggs and chocolate sculptures.
